Any information shared with our psychologists during any counselling sessions remain 100% confidential. Our psychologists do not share any such information with our support team, neither with any other employees of the company or any third parties, unless:
– there is a significant/ real/ imminent threat or risk to your health, safety or life or to the health, safety or life of any other person or the public;
– If is required to share such Confidential Information to any authority by law; and
– If you have claimed health care insurance and such Confidential Information is required by the insurer.

This policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) discloses HappynHealthys’ practices for their website as well as subscriber based services (“Services”) including the type of information being collected, method of such information collection, use of such information and sharing of such information with third parties.
